Michael brings a strong foundation of leadership and patient-centered care. With nearly five years of experience in the dental field, his focus on team development and office efficiency allow him to support our practices in delivering high-quality care to our patients. He is passionate about building strong teams and creating a positive environment for both staff and patients, and is excited to continue growing within Cleveland Dental Management.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys staying active by playing soccer, golfing and fishing. He and his girlfriend, Shannon, are loving fur parents to their Labradoodle named Dawson.
