Jeff Rosenthal, DDS
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Jeff Rosenthal is a graduate of Indiana University and the Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. For the past 25 years he has been involved in a single private practice as well as the growth and leadership of Cleveland Dental Management. He strives to achieve positive results each day while providing value for the patients and team members that are part of Cleveland Dental Management. He enjoys spending time with his wife Debbie and their two sons Matt and Adam. In his free time, Dr. Rosenthal enjoys traveling as well as a constant interest in Cleveland area sports teams. All of his practices are focused on a high level of customer service while recognizing the value in Dentistry that should passed on to his patients.
Krystal Sexstella, MBA
Chief Human Resource Officer
Krystal Sexstella graduated with a B.A. from Capital University while completing the pre-law track and majoring in Political Science, Spanish, and Literature. Krystal graduated with a Master’s of Business Administration from Tiffin University with a concentration in Human Resource Management, while graduating with High Distinction and a 4.0 GPA. Krystal is a member of Phi Sigma Iota, the International Foreign Language Society and Delta Mu Delta the business honor society. Krystal is an active member in good-standing with the Society for Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Cleveland Dental Management, Inc. Krystal worked as a Senior VP of Human Resources in the corporate arena, and has twenty years of human resource experience and sixteen years of healthcare experience. Krystal’s passion is people and she is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, payroll, benefits, and compensation. Krystal provides strategic leadership with her expertise in HR, collaborative spirit, and desire to achieve successful outcomes recognizing that human capital is the biggest competitive advantage of any organization. Krystal oversees all human resource functions for the organization, articulates HR needs and plans to the executive management team, and prides herself in developing relationships with all stakeholders.
Krystal’s favorite hobbies include spending time with her husband and family, reading, travelling, and supporting community-based initiatives.
Chief Credentialing Officer
Georgia has over 14 years of experience working in the dental field. Starting her dental career as a Lab Technician she grew her role to become the leader of the lab and its daily operations. She treasured the joy and gratitude from happy, satisfied patients who loved their new smile and still cherished the part she played in the process. With a strong business sense Georgia was drawn to the administrative needs of the Lab and the the main dental office, additionally. As Cleveland Dental Management grew she helped establish the process for credentialing all of the Cleveland Dental Management providers. With the growth of the company Georgia used her expertise in relationship building and her strong organizational skills to drive results directly contributing to the organization’s success. Georgia currently oversees and manages the credentialing process for all Cleveland Dental Management offices and prides herself on working as a liaison to each provider to ensure this process to completion. When not at work Georgia loves to spend time with her family and is immensely proud of her two grandchildren. She also enjoys watching sports, being outdoors and traveling.
Clinical Operations Manager
Sarah had an opportunity to be trained as a dental assistant in 2009 and fell in love with the industry. She has since graduated from the EFDA program at Stark State University. She takes pride in helping restore patients’ smiles, giving them confidence and a positive outlook! She believes teamwork, communication, and individual growth are keys to a harmonized team while achieving the best patient care. When she’s not at work you can find her at home cooking new dishes or traveling to Hocking Hills with her boyfriend Richie and their dog Jake.

Prior to working in dentistry, Amber was an emergency dispatcher in which she handled 911 calls. She has worked in the dental industry for nine years and started her dental career as a front desk receptionist and developed her skill set to grow into an office coordinator role. She has extensive experience in the corporate dentistry world, as well as in private community-based dental offices. Her positive energy is contagious, and she approaches every situation with enthusiasm. Amber takes pride in her work and has demonstrated the ability to grow and develop team members, all while delivering an unrivaled commitment to excellent, quality patient care. Amber believes effective communication and building relationships is the core to success. In her free time, you can find Amber boating on Portage Lakes with her family and friends. She also enjoys watching her son play soccer and her daughter perform gymnastics. Amber is a proud cat mom who enjoys spending time with her ornery cat, lovingly called, “Kitty Kitty.”

Audrey is from the Cleveland Area and has been a part of Cleveland Dental Management since 2015. She has been in a corporate DSO position as well as additional experience in a private practice atmosphere and uses her diverse experience in her position with Cleveland Dental Management. She is passionate about the growth and development of her teams as well as providing a positive experience for each patient. Audrey is highly focused on the results and accountability of her team each day and is constantly coaching them towards greater success. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cities, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jenny has been in the dental field for 17 years. She started as a dental assistant before moving to the front desk, and then becoming a part of the management team. Jenny takes great pride in coaching and helping grow the team members who work for Cleveland Dental Management. She believes that training individuals to become confident leaders and problem solvers is the true key to success. When she is not at work, Jenny enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends, watching her son play soccer, and going on Target trips with her daughters.

Taylor has been involved in dentistry for 11 years. She attended a trade school part time while in high school, giving her the opportunity to be a student in the dental assisting program. After graduating high school Taylor worked as a dental assistant for several years. Realizing she wanted to learn more about the administrative side of dentistry she moved to a front office position and eventually management. Cleveland Dental Management has supported Taylor in the growth of her own career and has given her the ability to grow others. Coaching other individuals how to communicate, successfully problem solve and continue to build on their knowledge is her passion. When not at work, Taylor can be found spending time with her daughter, husband and golden doodle.
