Well I was pleasantly surprised 😮 on how very Smooth my visit was!! Being that Doctor Lard was the only Dentist there. He was Sooo Very Calm!!! With a Great additude!! And Such a Very Nice Person!!😊 I also thought that Kerstin? Lol was So Helpful, and Such a Very kind person!!! ☺️ Just a Great Experience Today!! They had me in and out in a Great Timely manner.

I've been more than satisfied with the entire staff, the actual dental work, and experience top to bottom. Everything has been almost expedited time wise, I think it was a week from when I scheduled to my first appointment and I've never waited in a chair very long. Staff and Dentist have been respectful, knowledgeable and it's just been a better experience than I've had at other dentist. After I had a few different types of work done, I brought My mother here who wasn't happy with her previous dentist.

As an adult, I have lived and worked in 6 different communities in 4 different states. In each move I have needed to find highly skilled and professional healthcare practices. This means from answering the phone, to licensed practitioner(s), to billing/payment processing, and follow up. My experience with Aurora Dental, (Aurora Ohio) has been “top shelf” excellent. As a new patient, yet to be seen, I made a request to Dannella in the practice’s office and she followed up promptly, clearly, concisely, professionally and thoroughly. Upon entering the practice, each staff member was congenial and attentive, to myself, and each patient that came into the office. The dental hygienist, and the dentist presented exceptional communication abilities, dental knowledge, and healthcare skills. Additionally, the practice is expanding with an additional dentist, and new larger office. As a retired healthcare provider network development executive, growth of a practice is a key factor and determining quality, and high performance delivery to patients. From the start of the first phone call, to the check-in, and the delivery of professional services, Aurora Dental receives high marks.

I’ve had some awful experiences at dental offices. Especially from the places that accept Medicaid. The dental group of mentor recently started accepting Medicaid and it was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had. The hygienist was super friendly and listened to all my concerns. She was as gentle as she could be, understanding, and empathetic which is very hard to come by lately. The dentist was really nice as well. I didn’t need any work done, for now. He also wasn’t pushy about fixing a gap in my filling that would just be for my own preference not problematic. 10/10 recommend

I will say, I have been to Five Star Dentistry for a year now and I have to say this was the best decision I ever made. I had years in the past as a young adult with my trauma of getting my teeth done at Nova Dental so I abandon the routines of getting my teeth done. After years of abandonment, I knew enough was enough and wanted to find a good dentistry. I stumble upon this dental clinic last year, and the 1st visit was very comforting when I told the staff my story along with the abandonment of my teeth. The staff comfort me, and gave me that day a long-term plan of work that needs to be done on my teeth. Over the previous visits, it has been lovely. The representatives at the front desk are very nice and respectful. They are always willing to work with me payment wise even when I don't have the full payment or if there is a change to my insurance. The dental/hygienist assistants are so patient and communicative with me before and during my every procedure. I also have to thank Dr. Matera (hopefully I am spelling his name right). He is quick with my procedures, always talk to me of what is going on during my procedure and so patient. I'm so thankful for Five Star Dentistry. I never felt more confident than ever when it comes to my teeth routine at home.

Was our first visit. Overall, a very good experience! All the staff (front desk, hygienist and doctor) were all very courteous, personable and professional. They explained everything very well and were thorough. Only complaint - despite being early for our appt, we were not seen until 15-20 min after our scheduled appointment time. They did seem to be very busy and I understand that things happen, but if we had been 1/2 hour late, we probably would’ve had to reschedule. Our time is important too! However, again, overall good experience otherwise. Will more than likely return.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to! Everyone at Lakewood Dental Group is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The entire team always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. They were especially accommodating when I was pregnant and went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable during my visits. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I can’t recommend them enough! They are simply the best! 💕

I hadn't had a checkup/cleaning since before the pandemic, and needed a few fillings. Also I was looking for an office that accepted Care Source (Medicaid) and happened upon an advertisement for the Locust Dental Group while visiting the Summit County DJFS building. Looking up reviews here, I was at first a bit wary, and frankly confused, because of the one and two star reviews contrasting with the four and five star ones. After making an appnt and having not only a cleaning but several fillings done over the course of two visits, I can confidently report that my experience was top notch. Everyone from Tyler at the front desk, to Dr. Ramin and the assistants who performed the procedures were competent, professional, friendly, and efficient. I never had to wait in the lobby more than five minutes, and the cleaning and fillings were done promptly, with all three visits being in and out in under an hour. My only complaint is that I wish I would've found out about this office a few years ago.

I literally love it here! I’m terrified of the dentist an I can already tell this is the perfect place for me. Everyone is so nice and polite. I was able to get an appointment really fast like 3 days later. I’ve been having trouble with my teeth for 3 years an in 1 appointment here I’m getting them pulled today!!! I am a women of color an I felt safe here 🖤🤍❤️

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and professionalism. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. The dentists and hygienists take their time, explain everything thoroughly, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way.

They do a wonderful job in every aspect and position of their jobs. Each and every worker has a duty and they're very good at what they do for every client that comes to that building. I love the atmosphere, they really make you feel at ease for an Dental office. I use to be scared to go to the dentist office but now at age 65 I finally found an office I can handle and relate to. I love Jennifer she shows and make you feel at home! I recommend everyone that I know to go to this office

My son had to get four teeth pulled due to wanting his braces to be affective so 4 perfectly not decayed teeth but the dentist and the assistant made the experience so effortlessly and smooth. The dentist communicated with my son the whole time to let him know what he was doing and the experience was wonderful for me and my son and we so appreciate it. Also the front desk people were polite and helpful😊

I've always found the staff and dentists at this practice to be friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I've had a full spectrum of issues they have helped me with. Dr Lazar is chill and caring and thoughtful. I feel totally confident in his hands.

I moved to the area a few years ago to be closer to one of my children. I used my daughter’s dentist and was very satisfied with him for several years , he chose to retire early and moved out of state thus in my search for a new dentist, my physician recommended Aurora Dental! I have been so pleased with their skill, care and their employees. I would highly recommend Aurora Dental!

Dental group of Mentor is amazing. They are respectful and patient oriented. Going to the dentist can be nerve wracking but all the staff there makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Ive taken many clients there and received treatment there myself. I would recommend to anyone!

Five star dentistry is very clean and peaceful. The receptionist is very pleasant. And overall the whole staff is very friendly everyone from the Doctor to the Manager Michael to Hannah and Britt. Everyone is helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Very pleased with my recommended treatment plan.

I felt comfortable and I didn’t feel embarrassed about my circumstances leading up to my visit. This was my first appointment and I was made comfortable quickly by the tech that welcomed me. She listened and was very attentive. When the doctor came in, I was treated with respect and understanding. I was impressed by the front desk as well and the cleanliness of the entire building. I am hopeful I will have a long term relationship here because finding a good dentist is very important.

I originally came to Locust Dental Group just for a root canal, but the experience was so good that I ended up staying and making them my primary dentist. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful situation way more comfortable. The work itself was smooth and pain-free, and I never felt rushed or brushed off. It is rare to find a dental office that makes you feel this at ease, but Locust Dental Group absolutely does. Highly recommend.

I arrived and was greeted, checked in and then quickly taken back from my appointment right on time. Even though they had some staffing issues, they were in communication and the service was excellent, as it always is. I have been using this dentist for over 20 years and have always been pleased.

I have had nothing but beautiful experiences from this office. In 2021 I left a beautiful necklace there and even four years later they tried to find it. The doctor I had as well as the girls cleaning my teeth and assisting were just beautiful. They worked hard to get my insurance to pay and right now I will not go any other place.

Listen I have had the worst experience with Dentists but finding Akron family dental was amazing! They are so thorough so patient and helpful... They just have this incredible way of making you feel comfortable almost like you're at home! I continue to go back and I bring my children 10 out of 10 I recommend this place out of any other dental office

I arrived 20 minutes early for a cleaning and exam. I waited about (5) minutes and was called for my appointment; I was really happy about this ! The X-ray technician was friendly, engaging and this always helps with any anxiety upon a dental visit. The Technician made my (6) month follow up appointment. Jessica, a hygienist cleaned my teeth. Jessica was friendly, professional and did an awesome job for the cleaning. Jessica asked if I had any questions before the Dr. Rosenthal arrived to complete the exam. Dr. Rosenthal is consistently professional and always makes me laugh or smile in the (2) years I have been a patient here. I do not have children, however, I noted that the office is child and family friendly, The office is quite, the restrooms were impeccably clean as was the rest of the office. I truly had a stress free and pleasant visit at Brooklyn Dental Group. Also, there is a well maintained parking lot, so I don't worry about street parking. Thank You to every staff member here who I know work hard to be so organized.

I had an excellent visit with my dental hygienist today. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process. I appreciated how gentle she was and how she checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable. She also provided helpful tips for maintaining my oral health. Overall, a very positive experience.

I had been to two different Dental offices prior to seeing Lake County Dental with no positive outcome. When I called LCD the receptionist was very kind and I was able to come in the next day. Dr. Lorton and the whole staff were excellent. I'd had a crown come off one of my teeth. I was able to get in very quickly. They took great care of me. It was totally painless. The front desk staff even solved an issue with my coverage. It was handled in a few minutes and I was out of there. And was even really affordable. I made an appointment for a cleaning. I'll see them again soon.

I've been going to portage dental center for quite a few years now. I've always had good experiences here. When I started coming, I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time. I didn't get any judgement or lectures, just a game plan for what needed done. They always make sure I'm comfortable and explain anything that needs done. It can be hard to get an appointment, they schedule pretty far out in advance but that's true with most dentists now. I've found them to be pretty affordable. I was able to get some fillings for much less than I had been quoted at another practice.

The staff is always so kind, everyone always has a smile on there face . Streetsboro truly has great team! Everyone always helps each other. All the doctors are outstanding and do phenomenal work and take pride of what they do. I enjoy coming and getting my teeth worked on and cleaned by amazing hygienist. My kids love and feel comfortable with the staff. And my wife loves to work for an amazing Company!! Thankyou Streetsboro Dental for an Amazing Staff! Can't wait to see the new addition! I’ve never been someone who looks forward to the dentist, and I came in already having a busy, stressful morning, but from the moment she started, she completely changed the experience. She had me laughing the entire appointment and somehow even knew exactly what I was trying to say with my mouth full of tools (which is truly a talent!). She even made X-rays, which I normally hate, unbelievably fast and easy. I honestly couldn’t believe when she said we were already done. Her warmth, efficiency, and clear care for her patients instantly put me at ease. She made what’s usually something I dread feel comfortable, easy, and even enjoyable. I had an emergency appointment for a tooth that was causing tremendous pain. Every step along the way included exceptional customer service and compassion. My appointment scheduling over the phone was pleasant. My exam and X-rays went well and both the dental assistant and doctor explained everything well. The ladies responsible for checking me in and out were also very friendly. I give this office a 10 out 10.

The dentist that took over for my dentist while she's in leave took really care of me. The staff are really friendly and they make you feel at ease. It"s a great please to go to and there very caring. Very clean.

My kids (5) and (8) love going to the dentist. They take their time, and truly care about them. They talk to them and myself through out the process. The front desk is also amazing. The facility is always clean. From start to finish everyone is amazing.

I do have a fear of Dentists from bad experiences. But Den Kaishik Peram was amazing and my experience their was great. He was very understanding and sympathetic and very knowledgeable which put me at ease. I highly recommend this place.

They are very good here. It is so hard to find a good dentist and I've been going here for over 20 years. I hear from friends and family how other dentists will try to rip them off and I always recommend them to Tomorrow's Dentistry and they are always so happy.

Abby is one of the best assistants there is also. Dr.Davidson makes everything easy to understand. They accept multiple payment options and lots of different insurances. I recently had an appointment during my appointment I mentioned that my sister had passed away. a few days before my appointment. My hygienist showed so much empathy, she was truly concerned asked if I needed to reschedule, she really showed compassion. A few days later I received a sympathy card in the mail, and all the STAFF had signed it. You not only get Excellent dental care, you will get a staff that goes above and beyond.
